The Essential Bronco - This Bronco comes with only the absolute essentials, making it ripe for customization and personalization by a full line of factory-backed accessories. Don’t worry, though; it still has all the key features that make a Bronco a Bronco, such as standard 4x4, easy-to-remove doors and roof, and optional 35-inch tires in the Sasquatch Package.

Extreme Off-Roading - Need a little more capability than what Black Diamond offers? Badlands has you covered. Bilstein position-sensitive monotube shocks, stabilizer bar disconnect, and front and rear-locking differentials make this the most capable Bronco you can get. Connecting all that torque to the ground are a choice of 35- and 33- mud, and all terrain tires. On the inside, Badlands offers the full range of interior appointments, from a sparse vinyl interior to a leather technology-packed option.

 

 

2021-Ford-Bronco Wildtrak

High-Speed Off-Roading - Take thrills head-on with the standard Sasquatch Package: 35-inch tires wrapped around 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, front and rear-locking differentials, and Bilstein position-sensitive monotube shocks. Spinning those tires is a standard 2.7L twin-turbocharged V6 engine, and a 10- speed automatic transmission. Outside, Wildtrak comes with a black-painted hardtop, black grille, black wheels and unique hood graphics. Developed and tested in legendary racing locations like Johnson Valley, California, Bronco Wildtrak sets a new bar for capability among rugged, off-road utilities.

Terrain Management System™ with G.O.A.T. Modes™ Goes Over Any type of Terrain

Adjust your drive mode to match the environment. Bronco features five standard drive modes: Sand, Slippery, Sport, Eco and Normal. The ever-capable Badlands comes with two additional modes: Mud/Ruts and Rock Crawl and substitutes Sport mode for Baja. In total, there are eight available modes that vary by trim.

 

 

Trail Control™

Trail Control is a driver-activated cruise control system standard on the automatic transmission that helps you navigate more easily over rough terrain. It manages throttle and braking at individual wheels while maintaining a constant speed so you can focus attention on steering over demanding terrain.

 

 

Trail Turn Assist

Available trail turn assist reduces the turning radius in low speed off-roading environments by applying the brakes to the inside rear wheel of the turning vehicle.

 

 

Trail 1-Pedal Drive

Trail 1-Pedal Drive enables low-speed crawling which lets you bring the vehicle to a stop without using the brake pedal, rendering two footed driving obsolete by bringing the vehicle to a halt while letting off the accelerator.

Segment-First Seven-Speed Manual Transmission

Hit the trails with the class-exclusive 7-speed manual transmission (6+1 Crawler Gear) paired with the available 2.3L engine. The manual transmission features a unique crawl ratio of up to a best-in-class 94.75:1. *

 

 

Segment-First 10-Speed Transmission

An available segment-first 10-speed automatic gives impressive low gears and helps keep you in the engine’s power band.

 

 

4x4 – with Part-Time Selectable Engagement

The electronic shift-on-the-fly (ESOF) two-speed transfer case is the base, “part-time” system. This system offers the driver three modes plus Neutral. In 4H and 4L, the system provides mechanically locked 4x4. When 4L is selected, wheel torque increases for conditions like deep sand, steep grades or pulling heavy objects. Flat towing is possible by putting the transfer case into the Neutral position.

 

 

Ford Bronco 2021 Gear Shift

Advanced 4x4 – with Automatic On-Demand Engagement

Advanced 4x4 system features a two-speed electromechanical transfer case (EMTC) that adds an auto mode for automatic on-demand engagement to select between 2H and 4H. In 4A, the system continuously varies power to the front wheels for optimum performance for all on-road conditions. Flat towing is possible by putting the transfer case into the Neutral position.

Removeable Roof

The open-air experience. Just snap, push and lift away. The four-door comes standard with a soft top with the option of a modular hardtop or dual tops. Four-door models have a class-exclusive removable hardtop middle panel that provides a second-row open-air experience without removing the rear cap. *
