Edit: Shortly after purchase, I noticed a transmission related shudder issue that had not been apparent on the test drive. Jeff Sandve, the service advisor, was very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Overall, despite the issue, I am still relatively happy with my experience and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

We recently brought out truck in after meeting a Key West service person by chance at a hockey game. He told us our issue was likely a recall issue. We booked the truck in, the manager picked up our truck personally otherwise we wouldn't have been be able to get it in for a while and we happened to be on his way in. There was an additional issue that we new of but weren't sure what it was. They figured it out and gave us a few options. We appreciated the extra effort and the options to fix the truck. It can feel hard sometimes to find good mechanics but we were very happy with the team at Key West ford service.
